1.Polyurethane sole (PU)

Advantages: low density, soft texture, good elasticity, comfortable and lightweight wear; good oxidation resistance, excellent wear resistance, deflection resistance, high hardness; excellent shock absorption and anti-slip performance; good temperature resistance; good chemical resistance; easy to corrode for environmental protection, not easy to wrinkle.
Disadvantages: strong water absorption, easy to yellowing, easy to break, poor elongation, water resistance, bottom perishable, poor permeability.
2. Leather soles
Leather sole is a kind of sole that can breathe automatically and drive the feet to breathe, good breathability, not stuffy feet, and can automatically release absorbed sweat to keep the feet dry. Leather sole with cowhide, the price is higher. 3.EVA sole
Ethylene VinylAcetate copolymer, high polymer material. often used for jogging, walking, casual shoes, foot training shoes midsole, light weight, easy to process, not wear-resistant, not oil-resistant.
Advantages: Light, good elasticity, good flexibility, not easy to wrinkle, excellent coloring, suitable for various climates.
Disadvantages: easy to absorb water, not easy to corrosion, environmental protection, easy to dirty.
4.MD sole
MODEL or PHYLON collectively, belongs to EVA secondary high pressure molding products. MD soles must contain EVA, MD sole is also called PHYLON sole, for example, MD=EVA+RB or EVA+RB+TPR and some shoes are RB+PU and so on.
Advantages: light, flexible, fine appearance, good softness; easy to clean; good hardness, density, tension, tear, elongation.
Disadvantages: not easy to corrode unfavorable environmental protection, easy to wrinkle and shrink at high temperature; poor durability, the use of a long time its shock absorption will be reduced, poor air permeability.
5.Rubber sole (RB)
RB stands for rubber. hot press molding, natural rubber and recycled rubber. heavy quality,not oil-resistance, molding sole must be rough in the surface, easy to shorten after heating, the color is inconsistent.
Advantages: good wear resistance, anti-slip, elastic, not easy to break, good softness, good extensibility, stable shrinkage, good hardness, good bending, waterproof.
Disadvantages: heavy, easy to spit cream (quality problems), not easy to corrosion (environmental protection problems); not hard, easy to be pierced; permeability, moisture absorption is not good, afraid of oil immersion, not suitable worn in the car gas station and other places in contact with oil.
※ Rubber foam
The weight is lighter than the rubber sole, there is a rubber taste, and the surface rebound is obvious than the general sole, and the wear resistance is poor.
※ High pressure polyethylene rubber sole
Soles with high pressure polyethylene and rubber taste main components rubber and plastic.
Raw rubber sole: heavy quality, more expensive, not oil-resistant, not heat. easy to change color.
6.TPU sole
Full name thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, it is made of macro-molecular polyol, diisocyanate and chain extender joint of linear polymer materials, is a kind of new environmental protection material.
Advantages: Excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, oil resistance and flex resistance, especially wear resistance is most outstanding, good appearance, generous high-grade.
Disadvantages: heat resistance, heat resistance water performance, poor compression resistance, easy to yellow appearance, easy to stick mold in processing, harder, heavier, poor air permeability.
7.PVC sole (imitation sole leather)
Chloride, yellowish translucent, lustrous chloride,bleaching occurs at the inflection.
Advantages: Most of the cheaper, oil resistance, wear resistance, good insulation performance.
Disadvantages: poor anti-slip performance, poor texture, no cold resistance, no folding resistance, poor permeability.

TPR soles mainly refer to the common name of SBS modified shoe materials (belonging to the application of TPR materials). TPR shoe material is a new type of polymer shoe material mainly produced by thermoplastic SBS. It has rubber properties and can be processed and recycled by thermoplastic. Rubber products can be made by injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding by ordinary plastic forming machine. The TPR granules are hot melted and then molded. The molecules move with emission during molding.
Advantages: easy to shape, cheap; It has the characteristics of light, comfortable, high elasticity, easy to stain, good air permeability, high strength, especially excellent low temperature resistance, high friction coefficient, and strong grip.
Disadvantages: heavy material, poor wear (not wear-resistant), poor softness, poor bending (not folding), poor shock absorption, poor air permeability.

9. Raw rubber sole

The plastic effect of raw rubber is poor, the low hardness and density, easy to wear and break; the characteristics of cooked rubber are just the opposite, better wear resistance and toughness. also widely used, such as automobile tires; raw rubber is only used to make low-grade daily necessities, such as slippers.
10.PC sole
Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent performance, outstanding impact resistance, creep resistance and dimensional stability, heat resistance, low water absorption, non-toxic, excellent dielectric properties, is the only product with good transparency among the five engineering plastics, and is also a general engineering plastic with the fastest growth rate in recent years.
PC sole has the characteristics of good weather resistance, beautiful appearance, impact resistance, high light transmittance and strong plasticity.
11.TR sole
TR sole material is a new product improved on the basis of TPR, is a synthetic material of TPE and rubber, and the product has excellent performance of various indicators; hot injection molding in which the molecules move in a ball shape. It has many appearance patterns, good feel, brilliant color, high finish, high technical content, and can be 100% recycled, belonging to the environmental protection sole material.
12. Imitation leather sole
It is a more typical rubber and plastic and high elastic material, the main composition of rubber as a base material, adding 10% to 30% of high styrene, imitation leather sole performance production. The appearance is similar to the natural sole leather, with grain pattern, and the products made of it are light and have clear lines; wearing light, comfortable, and no sound, non-slip, wear-resistant, such soles both have good elasticity, but also have high hardness and rigidity, its performance is very similar to natural leather. although it does not have the breathable and hygroscopic properties of natural leather, it also has the advantage of not being afraid of water
13.BPU
It is a new modified polyurethane (PU), which has the advantages of environmental protection, low density (ultra-light weight), thick surface crust (smooth surface), good toughness, not easy to break, and good weather resistance. It can replace EVA outsole, EVA waterproof table, blown PVC bottom table, wooden shoes, PVC foam bottom table, etc.
This modified polyurethane imitation wood material is very light, has beautiful wood grain, temperature resistance, and the degradation period can be adjusted characteristics, is a green new material.
14. Beef tendon (jin) sole
Thermoplastic elastomer sole, a pale yellow translucent sole named for its color and resemblance to a cow's tendon. 15.Acrylic sole
The sole(also known as the board, Laido bar and rubber imitation leather sole, etc.) is actually a rubber sole, but the processing method is different.Acrylic sole cheaper than the rubber.
The main component of the sole is rubber, fine texture, wear resistance,resistant to twists and turns, infinitely extended, generally 1 meter width can cut into 2 meters long after coming out of the rolling machine,in which must be blanked with a punching knife, and then grinding edge color, the general thickness between 3-5mm, depending on demand.
16.ABS bottom
Acrylonitrile, butadiene, styrene copolymer.
ABS engineering plastics are generally opaque, the appearance is light ivory, non-toxic, tasteless, both tough, hard, rigid characteristics, slow burning, the flame is yellow, there is black smoke, after burning the plastic softener, burnt, issued a special smell of cinnamon, but no melting dripping phenomenon.

Disadvantages: low thermal deformation temperature, flammable.
17.PE sole
PE plastic(polyethylene), English name: polyethylen,corrosion resistance, electrical insulation (especially high frequency insulation), high rigidity, hardness and strength, low water absorption, good electrical properties and radiation resistance.
PE sole has good softness, elongation, well impact strength and permeability. good resistance to fatigue, wear and corrosion.
18.SBR sole
Styrene-butadiene rubber is a polymer elastomer material synthesized by copolymerization reaction of butadiene and styrene as the main monomer, with uniform quality and pure, and less impurities. soluble in benzene, toluene, gasoline, chloroform and other organic solvents; the unsaturated double bonds in the styrene butadiene rubber molecules form a cross-linked network structure through substitution or addition reaction with the vulcanizing agent. the reinforced styrene butadiene vulcanizing rubber has higher physical and mechanical properties.
The vulcanization speed of styrene butadiene rubber is slow, but the vulcanization flatness is good, it is not easy to over-vulcanize, and it has excellent properties such as aging resistance, heat resistance and abrasion resistance.
